Track Profile
The Wonthaggi MX Track is home to the Dandenong Motorcycle Club and caters for Motocross, Enduro/Off-road, Trail, Vintage MX, Classic Road.
The motocross track is slightly undulating and consists of a strong clay base with excellent loamy sand. The track is fairly fast and flowing with jumps that are all fairly safe and can be taken at your comfortable speed. The track surface can be firmer in dryer months but when prepared for proper use or in cooler months, this track has a delightful loamy surface that can rough up well and create many different lines. The starting gate is concrete with up to 40 riders.
The Wonthaggi complex also caters for the beginner rider that is suited to pee wee and junior trail type bikes, if you have kids it is a good place for them to learn.
