Track Profile
The Mareeba Motocross Track is in Far North Queensland and is managed by the Mareeba Motorcycle Club. It consists of two man-made tracks surrounded by grandstand seating with 40 backwards-falling start gates. The Mareeba Motocross Track is only available as a practice track for club members, and due to a limited pool of volunteer MQ Official First Aid Officers and other officials, the track has very limited opening hours outside of event days.
Please note that junior riders must have a minimum of five hours coaching and pass the Motorcycling Queensland Assessment Test to obtain a license to ride at any Motorcycling Queensland event. For Junior Recreational Licenses, junior riders must pass the Assessment Test only.
